  9. Note:     The term "vendor" is used to refer to any person, company or group
  10.           distributing the evaluation version of My Little Realm's Calling 
  11.           Cards by any means for profit or for any other purpose.
  12.  
  13.           The distribution license agreements are immediately below.  
  14.  
  15.           The required contents of the distribution disk and ZIP file are 
  16.           listed near line 47 of this document.  The .ZIP file ID is 
  17.           MLRCC30.ZIP.  Earlier versions:  MLRCC20.ZIP and MLRCC25.ZIP.

  19.           You'll find my name, address and phone number, along with 
  20.           descriptions of Calling Cards, at the end of this document.

  22.           The registration price is $20 (USA).  The benefits are listed at
  23.           the end of this document near the descriptions.  Possible product 
  24.           categories would be Mailing Label Systems; Phone/Address Systems;
  25.           and, Rolodex Programs.

  31.                          Distribution Requirements

  37. As the exclusive copyright holder for My Little Realm's Calling Cards program, 
  38. John L. Salisbury (also called the author) authorizes distribution only in 
  39. accordance with the following restrictions:
  40.  
  41.   o  ASP Vendors in good standing are hereby granted permission to distribute 
  42.      the Calling Cards package.  Non-ASP member vendors must request 
  43.      permission prior to distributing this package.
  44.  
  45.   o  The Calling Cards package - including all related program files and 
  46.      documentation files - cannot be modified in any way and must be 
  47.      distributed as a complete package, without exception.  
  48.  
  49.   o  Vendors and Sysops:

  67.   o  No disk vendor may place other authors' works on the Calling Cards disk.
  68.      Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation 
  69.      batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.

  71.   o  No price or other compensation may be charged by any vendor for the 
  72.      Calling Cards software package.  Vendors may charge their standard fees 
  73.      for the materials and services they provide.

  76. Disk Sets & CD-ROMs:

  78. The Calling Cards package cannot be sold as part of some other inclusive 
  79. package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software packaging offer 
  80. without a written agreement from John L.Salisbury.
  81.  
  82. ASP Approved Vendors who wish to distribute the Calling Cards package as part 
  83. of a collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) may do so 
  84. provided that all the other restrictions are met.
  85.  
  86. Non-ASP Member Vendors who wish to distribute the Calling Cards package as 
  87. part of a collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) must 
  88. obtain permission from the author prior to beginning such a distribution.

  90. Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:

  92. If you would like to distribute the Calling Cards package as a Disk-of-
  93. the-Month, or as part of a subscription or monthly service, then the
  94. following restrictions apply:

  96.   o  ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby 
  97.      given permission to distribute the Calling Cards package under the 
  98.      Disk-of-the-Month style of distribution.
  99.  
  100.   o  Non-ASP Vendors must contact the author in advance to ensure that 
  101.      they have the most current version of the software.
  102.  
  103.   o  Vendors (ASP and non-ASP Members) cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month 
  104.      distribution to use up their inventory of old (out of date) disks.  
  105.      Only current versions of the Calling Cards package may be shipped 
  106.      as Disk-of-the-Month disks.
  107.  
  108.   o  A printed copy of the online documentation may not be reproduced 
  109.      in whole or in part, using any means, without the written permission 
  110.      of the author.  
  111.  
  112.   o  The Calling Cards package cannot be rented or leased to others.
  113.  
  114.   o  No vendor may list Calling Cards in advertisements, catalogs, or 
  115.      other literature which describes Calling Cards as "FREE SOFTWARE".  
  116.  
  117.   o  The author expressly prohibits the distribution of outdated versions 
  118.      of the Calling Cards package without written permission.  If the 
  119.      version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please contact the
  120.      author to ensure that you have the most current version.  
  121.  
  122.   o  Vendors shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  123.      disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed 
  124.      program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized 
  125.      use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this 
  126.      license.

  156. Calling Cards is an electronic phone/address book that doubles as a personal
  157. Yellow Pages.  It prints labels, Rolodex cards, checklists and envelopes.

  163. My Little Realm's Calling Cards lets you access your phone/address database as
  164. if it were your own personal Yellow Pages.  If you need a plumber, just tell 
  165. Calling Cards to get you the number of the plumber.  Can't recall your child's
  166. doctor's name?  Ask Calling Cards.

  168. Would you like to send out holiday cards to all of your friends?  Or maybe a 
  169. brochure to your clients?  Calling Cards lets you print labels of your 
  170. records in either of two categories such as "Friends" and "Clients".  All you
  171. have to do is put the fanfold labels in your printer and tell Calling Cards 
  172. which category you want the labels printed for.  You can even print a 
  173. checklist of those names and addresses.  For example, if you printed the 
  174. labels of all your friends to invite them to a wedding, you can print a 
  175. checklist of that category so you can keep track of who responds to your 
  176. invitations.

  178. You can also print Rolodex cards, multiple labels of a specific name and 
  179. address, or you can address envelopes.  You can even make labels for file 
  180. folders, name tags, floppy disks, and kids' schoolbooks.
